Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

These Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms (the "Subscription Terms") apply to any auto-renewable subscription, recurring plan, premium feature, paid membership, or similar paid service offered through this software, including any related mobile applications, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Software").

8. Refunds

Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through an app store platform or payment provider may need to be submitted directly to that platform or provider and will be handled according to its policies.

9. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, the applicable app store platform or payment provider may attempt to charge the payment method again, request updated payment information, suspend subscription access, or cancel the subscription according to its rules and your account settings.

We are not responsible for any interruption, suspension, or cancellation caused by failed payment processing by a third-party platform or provider.

10. Account and Access

Subscription access may be tied to the account, device, app store account, or payment provider account used to purchase the subscription. You are responsible for maintaining access to the relevant account and for keeping your account information accurate and secure.
